O’Connor Brewing Company won its fourth Dublin Craft Beer Cup medal, the brewery announced Friday.
This year, O’Connor took home a silver medal for its Zephyrweisse Hefeweizen.
The beer is made with 70 percent wheat and 30 percent malt, plus German Noble hops, the brewery said in a news release.
The Dublin Craft Beer Cup awards gold, silver and bronze medals in eight categories of beer establishing the best examples in each. The beers are judged on appearance, aroma, flavor, body, style and quality.
The other medals O’Connor won from the competition in the past were a silver for Red Nun Red Ale, and bronze medals for Great Dismal Black IPA and Dry Irish Stout.
